Cost and payment
How much does a project with Lynk AI Systems cost?
WhatsApp AI agents range from $300 to $2,500 USD. Automations and integrations start at around $200 USD. Internal AI systems start at around $1,500 USD.
Every project depends on scope, so the range is wide on purpose. The free 20-minute AI audit ends with a fixed written quote, and you decide from there. There is no charge for the audit and no obligation to continue.
Why is the price range so wide?
A few things move the number: how many channels the agent covers, how many of your existing systems it has to connect to, how many conversations you handle a month, and how much the agent actually does. An assistant that answers common questions is simpler than one that checks a calendar, books an appointment, and updates your CRM.
Whether it needs to work in both Spanish and English, how much of your current process has to be mapped first, and whether team training is included also change the total.
How does payment work?
Standard terms are 50% to start and 50% on delivery. We are open to discussing a different structure based on what comes out of the free audit.
Payment is by SPEI transfer or Stripe. Deposits, milestones, taxes, and due dates are written into the proposal before any work begins, so nothing is a surprise.
Is the free AI audit actually free?
Yes. It is roughly 20 minutes, on WhatsApp or a call, at no cost and with no obligation. There is no pitch.
You leave the conversation knowing which repetitive work is worth automating first, what can wait, and roughly what it would cost. That is useful whether or not you hire us.
Are there costs beyond what Lynk charges?
Usually yes, and we tell you what to expect during the audit rather than after. Projects can depend on third-party services such as Meta/WhatsApp messaging fees, AI model usage, cloud hosting, or a CRM subscription.
Those are billed to you directly by the provider and are your responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise. They are typically small next to the project cost, but you should know about them before you start.
Timeline and what you get
How long until the system is actually running?
Most WhatsApp agent projects go live within about 30 days of starting. Smaller automations are often faster than that.
The audit gives you a specific timeline for your project rather than a generic estimate, because the answer depends on how quickly we can get access to the tools it needs to connect to.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review what you sent and contact you on WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours to schedule the free audit.
The audit itself is a conversation about your actual process, not a demo. After it, you get a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price.
What do I actually get at the end?
A working system connected to the tools you already use, documentation for how it runs, and training for the people on your team who will use it day to day.
The exact deliverables, acceptance criteria, and support level are written into the proposal before work starts.
Do you maintain the system after launch?
Optional monthly support and maintenance is available, covering monitoring, adjustments, and changes as your process evolves.
It is not required. If you take it and later want to stop, it needs 30 calendar days of written notice.
How the WhatsApp agent works
Can the agent use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. We set it up using WhatsApp Coexistence, which lets the AI agent run on the same number your business already uses. Customers keep messaging the number they know, and you do not migrate to a new number or start over.
Your team also keeps using the WhatsApp Business app on their phones exactly as they do now. The agent and your staff share one inbox: the agent handles what it was set up to handle, and anyone on your team can step into a conversation at any moment. Your existing contacts and recent chat history carry over.
Will customers know they are talking to an assistant?
We recommend being upfront about it, and in our experience it does not hurt conversion. What customers care about is getting a correct answer immediately instead of waiting until tomorrow morning.
The assistant is written in your business's voice rather than a generic chatbot script, so it does not read like a phone tree.
What happens when the agent cannot answer something?
It hands the conversation to a person instead of guessing. You decide the handoff rules: specific topics, an explicit request to speak to someone, or anything outside what it was set up to handle.
Your team gets notified with the full conversation context, so whoever picks it up is not starting from zero.
Does it really work in both Spanish and English?
Yes, and it detects which one the customer is using rather than making them choose from a menu. If someone switches mid-conversation, it follows.
This is the normal case for us rather than an add-on, because most businesses in this corridor need both.
Can it do more than answer questions?
Yes. Depending on what you need, it can qualify leads, check availability and book appointments, send confirmations and reminders, collect the information needed for a quote, and update your CRM or spreadsheet.
It can also follow up on its own with leads who went quiet, which is usually where the most revenue is being lost.
Whether it fits your business
Will this work for my industry?
It works best for customer-facing businesses that handle a lot of repetitive incoming messages: restaurants and hospitality, clinics and healthcare, salons and fitness studios, real estate, professional services, cross-border logistics, and e-commerce.
If your team spends hours a week answering the same questions or chasing follow-ups, the pattern fits regardless of the industry label.
Is my business too small for this?
Most of our clients have between 1 and 50 employees, and the smallest projects are often the ones with the clearest payback, because one person is doing all of the repetitive work.
The automations that start at around $200 USD exist for exactly this situation.
Do I need a CRM or a website already?
No. If you have them, we connect to them. If you do not, the system can start with WhatsApp and a spreadsheet and grow later.
Part of the audit is telling you honestly whether you need another tool or whether what you already have is enough.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build it, connect it, and train your team on it. If nobody on your team wants to touch the configuration, we can handle changes through the monthly support option.
The training is aimed at the people who will actually use the system, not at developers.
Do you work with businesses outside Baja California and Southern California?
We are based in Tijuana and work remotely across Ensenada, Rosarito, Tijuana, Mexicali, San Diego, and Los Angeles, which is where most of our clients are.
The work is remote, so businesses outside the corridor are possible. Ask during the audit and we will be straight with you about whether time zones and language coverage make sense.
Your data and control
Who can see my customer conversations?
You do. When Lynk processes data while building or running a system for you, we do so on your behalf and under your instructions, and we do not sell personal data.
Projects may involve providers such as Meta/WhatsApp, AI model providers, hosting, and CRM platforms, each under their own terms and appropriate contractual safeguards. Any additional processors for your project are documented in the proposal. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Do I own the system if we stop working together?
After full payment, you receive the ownership or usage rights for the project-specific deliverables stated in your proposal.
Lynk keeps ownership of its own pre-existing methods, templates, and reusable components, and third-party or open-source software stays under its own licence. The specific split for your project is written in the proposal, so read that section before signing rather than relying on this summary.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
AI systems can produce incomplete or unexpected output, and we do not pretend otherwise. That is why handoff rules exist, and why we recommend a person reviews anything consequential: financial, legal, employment, health, or safety decisions.
During setup we test the agent against your real questions before it goes anywhere near a customer, and you can adjust its behaviour after launch.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, at any time. You keep control of the number and the connected accounts, so you can pause the agent or switch back to answering manually whenever you want.
Turning it off does not require our involvement.
