Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Lynk AI Systems handles personal data when you visit our website, contact us, request an assessment, or engage our services.

1. Data controller

Santiago Nava Pallares, operating under the commercial name Lynk AI Systems (“Lynk,” “we,” or “us”), is responsible for processing your personal data. Our address is Calle Alba Roja 1303, Los Olivos, Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, C.P. 22680. You may contact us at revops.clients@gmail.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect information that you provide through WhatsApp, email, our website form when available, and during a commercial or service relationship.

  • Identification and contact data, such as name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, job title, and business name.
  • Business and project information, including your needs, processes, systems, messages, files, and information required to prepare an assessment, proposal, implementation, or support request.
  • Billing and transaction information needed to document payments. Card data submitted through Stripe is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Lynk.
  • Technical information generated by the website or hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, browser, device, access time, and basic security logs.

3. Purposes of processing

We use personal data for the following primary purposes:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate through WhatsApp, email, or the website form.
  • Evaluate business needs and provide assessments, proposals, quotes, contracts, implementations, support, and related services.
  • Configure, operate, maintain, secure, and improve AI agents, automations, integrations, and custom systems contracted by a client.
  • Process and document payments made through SPEI or Stripe, administer the commercial relationship, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access; establish or defend legal claims.

4. Optional communications

With your consent, we may use your contact information to send service news, educational content, or commercial follow-ups. These communications are optional. You may opt out at any time by writing to revops.clients@gmail.com or replying to the message.

5. Service providers and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose or transfer only the information necessary to providers that support our operations, such as website hosting, cloud infrastructure, form and email tools, WhatsApp/Meta, Stripe, CRM and automation platforms, and AI service providers used for a contracted implementation. Some providers may process information outside Mexico under their own privacy terms and appropriate contractual safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by law, a competent authority, or to protect rights and security. A client project may include additional processors or instructions documented in its proposal, statement of work, or data-processing agreement.

6. AI systems and client data

When Lynk processes personal data on behalf of a client while building or operating a system, the client remains responsible for having a lawful basis and giving required notices to its own customers, employees, and contacts. Lynk will process that data according to the contracted purpose, documented instructions, and applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, the commercial relationship, legal defense, and applicable tax or recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; however, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your privacy rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion when legally appropriate, or objection to certain processing (ARCO rights). You may also revoke consent or limit use and disclosure.

  • Send your request to revops.clients@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Rights.”
  • Include your name, a way to verify your identity, the right you wish to exercise, and a clear description of the data involved.
  • We will respond within the periods established by applicable Mexican law. A request may be denied or limited where a legal exception applies, and we will explain the reason.

9. Cookies and third-party links

The current website does not intentionally use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Essential technical storage or hosting logs may be used to deliver and protect the site. If analytics, Meta Pixel, or marketing cookies are added later, this notice and the corresponding consent controls will be updated before they are activated where required.

Our site may link to WhatsApp, Stripe, or other third-party services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy notices.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly request personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact us so we can evaluate and delete it when appropriate.

11. Changes and contact
